Wedding Pictures

Today my husband and I celebrate our third wedding anniversary. I really like pulling out my wedding pictures and looking at them. Even more so I like pulling out my parents and Aaron's parents' wedding pictures and looking at them.

My mom and dad: Holy cow look how young they are. No professional photographer... this was probably a shot by a family member. What is that on my mom's head?! Mmmm... I wonder how the cake was?

Aaron's mom and dad: Again with the square format picture from a family camera. Nice folding chair in the background. I love the dress styles then. It helps that his mom is six feet tall of course. Whups... I think her eyes are shut in this picture.

I loved these two pictures so much... records of how our family's lives began that I had them included on the back of our wedding program.

Our pictures were not as formal. This is what I call the "Surprise! We got all dressed up and wed!" picture.

These are a little more typical. Bride and groom hanging out in a field... bride and groom being pelted with rice by loved ones.

And an obligatory foot shot. Gotta have a record of the shoes.

My point is your wedding pictures can be what ever suits your fancy... you are still going to love looking at them years later.
